You can now register and become a registered user at any time - you will receive an email verification. There are some additional questions asked about World of Tanks to keep out spammers. If you don't know the answer (unlikely), check the WoT Wiki pages.
If you are a clan member, contact an administrator after you complete your registration and have your group changed from "Registered User" to "Wulffepack 70 Clan Member".
Only registered members can post in open area. Only clan members can read and post in the Clan Area.
Contact one of the current forum administrators on the Clan's TeamSpeak server or otherwise to complete your registration or send them a PM with your Wargaming.net ID.
We will be adding administrators to this list as we get things going.
